Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Production Department, directing supervisors and staff to deliver quality product safely and cost effectively. You will develop production plans, enforce GMPs and company policies, and coordinate with maintenance and sales to meet customer needs and plant goals.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years’ supervisory or managerial experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership, communication, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience required.
• Minimum five years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to lead and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Oversees production schedule execution to satisfy time, cost and quality targets.
• Manages HR issues for Production personnel including hiring, reviews and attendance.
• Coordinates with Maintenance on preventive maintenance.
• Maintains contact with Sales to meet customer requirements.
