Job summary

Pharmavite in Ohio seeks a Department Leader to manage daily operations, achieving safety, quality, cost, productivity and reliability goals. You will model company values, promote a first-time-right mentality, and develop teams through coaching and CAPA processes.

The role requires a four-year degree, 4+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, cGMP/SOP knowledge and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 10% and a 2-2-3 shift may apply.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with SOPs and cGMPs in a CPG environment.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Annual Operating Plan for the department and manage expenditures.
• Lead the team to meet schedule adherence and customer requirements.
• Prioritize work to ensure safety, productivity and quality goals.
• Coach and develop team capabilities; deliver root cause problem solving (CAPA).
• Collaborate across departments to facilitate flow of materials and finished goods.
• Investigate NCRs with Quality for root cause and corrective actions.
