Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Six Sigma and/or Lean/CI experience and certification preferred; internal Lean Green Belt and Kata coach certifications within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across the shift and broader site.
• Set clear priorities and ensure consistent execution across departments.
• Reinforce safety standards and PPE use.
• Lead and coach department leaders to strengthen execution and retention.
• Troubleshoot operational and quality issues to maintain production flow.
