Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in Manufacturing/CPG with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of SOPs and cGMPs in a CPG environment.
• Experience coaching AM projects and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the department to meet safety, quality, cost and productivity goals.
• Lead and model company values to drive schedule adherence and outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and finished goods.
• Provide coaching and feedback to build team capability and performance.
