Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking a Lead in manufacturing operations to inspire daily, weekly, and monthly results in safety, quality, cost and reliability. The role emphasizes a first-time-right mentality and robust root-cause problem solving to meet customer requirements.

You will lead 15–25 employees, coordinate with Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other departments to ensure safe, efficient, compliant production and manage expenditures while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree or equivalent with manufacturing/CPG experience.
• Minimum four years in manufacturing with supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of SOPs and cGMPs; ability to lead and coach AM projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead teams to meet safety, quality, cost, and reliability goals.
• Coordinate daily scheduling across departments to optimize flow of materials.
• Investigate NCRs and drive root-cause problem solving with urgency.
• Coach AM projects and monitor shift performance to ensure first-time-right outcomes.
• Oversee expenditures and provide technical support for staff and equipment.
