Responsibilities

• Establishes plant culture with accountability and performance focus.
• Prepares plant budget and manages costs to meet financial results.
• Develops strategic site business plan and drives lean initiatives.
• Directs production operations for cost effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
• Communicates effectively with employees, customers, and partners.
• Collaborates with other plants and central units to meet business objectives.
• Leads staff through coaching and succession planning, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
