Job summary

Pharmavite is hiring a Team Lead to oversee a manufacturing department and shift, directing work, training staff, and prioritizing goals for safety, quality, and efficiency. The role emphasizes problem solving, root-cause analysis, and cross-training for an agile workforce.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in a lead role, a high school diploma, and a powered industrial truck certification. Strong English communication and familiarity with GMP processes are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of three years of experience in the assigned area, preferably in a lead or coordinator role.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Powered Industrial Truck Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and training for the team; lead daily direction and assign work.
• Promote a safety culture; ensure PPE use and conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Train and develop team members for cross-training and agile workforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues with maintenance collaboration.
• Maintain audit readiness using GMP scores and proper documentation.
