MAST Technologies seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day production, safety, and facilities at the MAST facility. A hands-on leader will partner with leadership, quality, supply chain and engineering to align with directives and drive metric improvements.

The role emphasizes lean initiatives, safe operations, scheduling, and capacity planning to meet customer requirements. A strong track record in manufacturing leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
• 10–15 years of relevant operations leadership experience.
• Experience improving production, safety and facilities performance.
• Ability to work with leadership, quality, supply chain and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production, safety and facilities operations.
• Lead production leads and supervisors.
• Drive continuous improvement (lean) across operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and related regulations.
