Job summary

MAST Technologies, located in San Diego, CA, seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily production, safety and facilities operations. You will collaborate with leadership, quality, supply chain and engineering to align with corporate directives and drive metrics that reflect customer and business performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, continuous improvement, and an emphasis on 6S, capacity planning and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills to enable operational processes.
• Able to absorb and apply new technical information and evaluate implications.
• Demonstrates high ethical standards in judgments.

Responsibilities

• Works with warehouse to maintain facilities and records.
• Maintains safety objectives and continuous improvement culture.
