Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean principles, and capacity planning.
• Understanding of production processes, equipment, and team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Manage labor, overtime, and departmental expenses.
• Resolve day-to-day issues to maintain production flow.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure coordinated execution.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to support operational alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and frontline capability.
