Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee the production floor from design release to shipment, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will lead assembly, machining, and fabrication departments, drive continuous improvement, and manage capacity, budgets, and staff development. This is a hands-on leadership role within ProMach's Product Handling segment, offering growth and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of manufacturing/operations experience in a leadership role.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ employees.
• Proficient with MS Office and MRP/ERP systems (Syteline preferred).
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to lead lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Willing to work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety practices and enforce GMP across the plant.
• Oversee manufacturing from design release to shipment.
• Drive lean initiatives to reduce cost and lead time.
• Manage workload and capacity to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Hire, develop, and coach manufacturing staff.
• Collaborate with other managers to solve cross-functional issues.
• Run regular meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
