MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing team in achieving production excellence. The ideal candidate will manage supervisors, ensure safety, quality, and cost controls, and drive productivity improvements.

The role emphasizes Lean and Six Sigma, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and shipping to meet schedules and market demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical skills; knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of supervisors to ensure timely production and to meet safety, service levels, cost, and quality.
• Develop and implement productivity improvements within payroll and expense budgets.
• Plan and execute strategies that support production objectives through leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain KPIs to measure plant performance.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to respond to customer and market needs.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead kaizen events.
