MM Solutions is seeking an operations manager to lead a hands-on manufacturing team in a fast-moving environment serving aerospace, defense, medical, and high-tech customers.

You will spend time on the production floor, coaching department leaders, and using data to understand performance gaps. The role emphasizes lean methods, root-cause problem solving, and building capable teams for repeatable, safe, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Significant manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• Ability to coach through challenges and empower teams.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing performance and build leadership capability for long-term growth.
• Collaborate across engineering, sales, scheduling, project/customer service, quality, safety, and supply partners.
• Set priorities, establish accountability, and maintain a consistent operating rhythm.
• Use production data and visual metrics to identify issues and drive sustainable improvements.
• Contain immediate issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive changes.
