Job summary

TechNH, an established injection-molding leader in Nashua, NH, seeks a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead Production, Tooling, Facilities, and Shipping, aligning operations with strategic goals and profitability. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or closely related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations experience, including 5+ years leading managers or multiple functions.
• 3-5 years applying Lean Six Sigma with measurable results; Green Belt or higher preferred.
• Strong manufacturing finance and cost-accounting knowledge affecting standard/actual costs, variances, margin, cash, and EBITDA.
• Demonstrated success establishing operational KPIs and improving capacity, productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and capability.
• Highly regulated manufacturing experience preferred (medical device, defense, ISO 13485, clean room, etc.).
• Executive-level communication, judgment, integrity, financial acumen, and cross-functional partnership.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production, Tooling, Facilities, and Shipping as an integrated operation aligned with company priorities and growth.
• Establish operating metrics with accountability and disciplined problem solving.
• Translate customer demand into effective production schedules and capacity plans.
• Develop leading and lagging indicators for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and capacity.
• Embed Lean Six Sigma and continuous-improvement methods with measurable gains.
• Partner with Finance on costs, margin, working capital, and capital investments.
• Develop manufacturing managers and supervisory talent through coaching and accountability.
• Build a high-performing organization with accountability, collaboration, and ownership of results.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and leadership development.
• Work with Quality, Engineering, Finance, and others on regulatory compliance and process capability.
• Ensure ISO/FDA/ITAR compliance and strong equipment, facility, tooling reliability, and inventory discipline.
