Job summary

CSG Talent is recruiting for a Director of Operations in Manchester, NH to lead all manufacturing activities on-site. The role requires strategic vision and hands-on leadership to drive safe, efficient, cost-effective production aligned with customer demand and business goals.

The candidate will oversee planning, scheduling, maintenance and cross-functional collaboration while building a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior operations or manufacturing leadership position.
• Proven track record leading manufacturing operations in industrial/building products.
• Experience managing production teams and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, quality systems, maintenance and supply chain coordination.
• Experience driving continuous improvement with measurable gains in productivity, quality, cost and delivery.
• Commercially minded with experience managing operating budgets and capital investment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet targets, commitments and quality standards.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, workflow and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce bottlenecks and increase capacity.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance across production, quality and delivery.
• Drive standard operating procedures and accountability across shifts and departments.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving programs.
