Job summary

Tri-K Industries, Inc. in Derry, NH is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production that meets KPI targets across quantity, quality, cost, and delivery.

You will oversee workforce development, scheduling, GMP discipline, inventory coordination, and continuous improvement, partnering with Quality, Maintenance, and Process Excellence to align with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements, quality protocols, and safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall production operations to ensure efficient and timely manufacture of TRI-K products.
• Own execution of the production plan and ensure KPI targets for quantity, quality, safety, delivery and cost.
• Monitor production performance using KPIs (FPQ, OTIF, cost per kg, yield, cycle-time) and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure GMP, SOPs, equipment hygiene, quality standards and integrity protocols are followed.
• Lead, coach and develop Production Team including Supervisors, Leads and Operators.
• Own bi-weekly/monthly scheduling and capacity planning to align with customer service and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Quality and inventory to release raw materials per schedule.
• Provide oversight of equipment performance and reliability; escalate issues with Maintenance.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and support continuous safety improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, quality, yield, cycle time and cost.
• Prepare production reports and discuss risks and priorities with Operations Director.
