Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our New Hampshire facility. You will manage production teams, ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets, and partner with supervisors to drive performance.

With 6–8+ years in heavy manufacturing leadership, you will shape continuous improvement culture, mentor successors, and align output with business needs in a stable industry.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of plant or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Background in heavy manufacturing or industrial production.
• Experience leading large teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations across production teams
• Support and develop supervisors across multiple shifts
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
• Monitor productivity, quality, labour, materials, and equipment performance
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams to keep production aligned with business needs
• Mentor and develop employees to support long‑term growth and succession planning
