Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in a manufacturing management role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; electronics a plus.
• 10–15 years general experience in related field (preferred).
• Experience with Kaizen and lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or similar programs; Intuitive system preferred.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
• Review production schedules and staffing needs within budget constraints.
• Manage data collection to track metrics and drive productivity.
• Resolve production or processing problems with technical staff.
• Develop production tracking and quality control systems to detect issues.
• Drive policy deployment for lean, cost reduction, on-time delivery, and safety.
• Design and support custom automated production equipment and fixtures.
• Provide leadership for employee relations and training.
