Job summary

Dometic in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will mentor a diverse team, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Engineering, Quality, and Materials Planning to resolve issues and optimize performance.

This role requires 3–5 years of supervision in manufacturing, proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, and a commitment to Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or similar process optimization.
• Experience reading mechanical/electrical drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production floor activities to ensure efficient operations and schedule attainment.
• Monitor equipment, processes and material flow to maintain optimal output.
• Enforce compliance with specifications, work instructions and safety protocols.
• Mentor and develop production staff through training and feedback.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality and Materials Planning teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Prepare and maintain records for production output, downtime, and quality metrics.
