Dometic in Port St Lucie, FL is seeking a Production Team Lead to supervise a team of assemblers, ensure quality, and maintain daily Lean manufacturing standards. Required: 1 year leadership in manufacturing, ability to read drawings, lift 50 lbs, read/write English, and lean/six sigma exposure; benefits include insurance, 401(k), PTO and growth opportunities.

Dometic emphasizes safety and continuous improvement; you will contribute to 5S, quality records, and cross-functional process

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of people/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Experience reading drawings, work instructions and BOMs.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps and equipment.
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery; enforce standards.
• Escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
