Job summary

Dometic seeks a results-driven Controller to join the Port St. Lucie manufacturing team. You will lead month-end closings, forecasting, and consolidations, advising production on financial matters and ensuring accurate inventory and asset management across departments.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing accounting, GAAP, and ERP/MRP systems, with demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities to drive process improvements and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA and familiarity with GAAP highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years overseeing accounting/finance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Intuitive ERP helpful.
• Strong background in financial analysis, inventory accounting, and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closings of manufacturing systems to meet deadlines.
• Lead financial modeling to support long-termstrategic initiatives and business plans.
• Provide ongoing financial analysis to business partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations; filings on time.
• Analyze results and variances; identify trends and actions.
