Job summary

Lignetics Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an Operations Coordinator to support AP, HR, inventory and shipping processes. You will code invoices, manage receipts, assist payroll/timeclock, and help with month-end close in a manufacturing setting.

You will also handle shipping tasks, print BOLs, reconcile documents in Sage, update daily reports, and coordinate with departments to keep production and logistics running smoothly. High attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage through others.
• Experience in manufacturing office and/or accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code invoices and communicate with AP department.
• Scan picking slips to Corp share folder.
• Receive non-stock supplies, raw material (sawdust), and packaging materials.
• Assist onsite HR, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping and benefits coordination.
• Review daily bagging reports and update finished goods inventory.
• Support month-end close procedures (inventory, AP invoicing).
• Print BOLs/picking slips and reconcile BOLs; ship via Sage; coordinate with AR for invoicing.
• Sign trucks in/out of the plant for outgoing shipments.
• Provide general administrative support and daily report updates.
