Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a clerical support on the manufacturing floor to perform routine duties and data entry per standard procedures.

You will verify data from multiple sources, maintain records, and support production planning and special projects as needed. Strong organizational skills and experience with MS Office and Google Apps are required to ensure quality conformance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clerical/office experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong organizational and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical duties on the manufacturing floor per standard procedures.
• Record, enter, and verify data from various sources and documents.
• Maintain records and compile standard reports and files.
• Assist with production planning and special projects.
• Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure quality conformance.
• Record defects and notify management of known issues.
• Prepare written reports and communicate defects to manufacturing management.
