Job summary

Topre America Corporation is seeking a New Hire Trainer to support onboarding, training, and development of new associates at our Smyrna, TN manufacturing facility.

The role will conduct classroom and hands-on training for temporary and full-time hires, covering Safety, Quality, Production Processes, and Delivery, and administering assessments. Strong communication and the ability to train groups are essential, with overtime as needed.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train groups and work with diverse employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training for new temporary and full-time associates.
• Help new hires become familiar with Topre's workplace, policies, and expectations.
• Provide training related to Safety, Quality, Production Processes, and Delivery.
• Administer required tests and assessments.
• Evaluate new hires during and at the end of training.
• Provide refresher training for current associates as needed.
• Assist with updating safety and process procedures and training materials.
• Provide hands-on instruction on the manufacturing floor.
