Job summary

MAU Associates in Tennessee is seeking a Trainer to provide departmental Safety and Training expertise for about 25 temporary associates. Safety is the number one priority, with coaching and compliance at the core of daily activities.

You will create and update training materials, produce training videos, conduct weekly safety reviews, and document activities in Bullhorn and Teams. The role includes coaching staff and helping implement policy changes with leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of safety and/or training experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Basic Excel and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety as the number one priority at MAU.
• Train and certify trainees according to established standards.
• Document training activities and update matrices in Teams/Bullhorn.
• Lead or assist with 4-Step Problem Solving sessions as needed.
• Create training materials and training videos based on Working Standards.
• Assist in developing training standards for departments and sites.
