Qualifications

• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10–25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering, Converting/Packaging, and Control Systems projects.
• Drive OEE improvements and product quality through data analytics.
• Manage capital projects typically $2M+ from concept to handoff.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure schedule adherence.
• Develop and implement automation and digital solutions across sites.
