Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships count).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10-25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering & optimization to reduce losses and improve OEE.
• Drive converting/packaging engineering and enable 3D modeling solutions.
• Develop and implement advanced control systems, automation, robotics.
• Manage capital projects from concept to handoff ($2M+), with cross-functional teams.
• Build leadership and capability by coaching teams and adopting digital solutions.
