Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, or projects count).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and communication across diverse teams.
- Willingness to relocate and travel 10-25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification and elimination of losses, design and implement process improvements.
- Develop web-processing and equipment solutions for packaging lines and drive optimization.
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced automation, control networks, and industrial software.
- Manage capital projects from concept to handoff (typical budget $2M+).
- Coach teams and drive adoption of digital solutions, robotics, and control systems.
