Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.

• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate and travel up to 25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process Engineering & Optimization: identify losses, streamline processes, improve OEE and product quality using data analytics.
• Converting & Packaging Engineering: develop web-processing and equipment solutions, drive packaging line optimization.
• Control Systems Engineering: design and implement automation, networks, robotics and industrial software.
• Manufacturing Project Management: lead capital projects typically $2M+ from concept to handoff.
• Leadership & Capability Building: drive HS&E and Quality standards, coach teams, adopt digital solutions.
