Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering and optimization to reduce losses and improve product quality using data analytics.
• Lead development of web-processing and packaging equipment solutions and drive optimization of packaging lines.
• Oversee control systems engineering including automation, robotics, and industrial software solutions.
• Manage capital projects from concept to handoff (typical $2M+), coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Foster HS&E and Quality standards and promote adoption of digital solutions and automation.
