Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
• Leadership potential with strong collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and elimination of losses; design and implement solutions to streamline processes.
• Drive packaging and conversion engineering, 3D modeling, and automation for efficiency.
• Lead control systems engineering including automation, robotics, and industrial software.
• Manage capital projects from concept to handoff (typical $2M+).
• Build long-term capability by coaching teams and adopting digital solutions.
