Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research proj count).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision ability.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10-25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and elimination of losses in processes; improve OEE and product quality.
• Drive development of packaging lines; champion 3D modeling and mechatronics.
• Lead design and implementation of advanced automation and control systems; manage site electrical and facilities upgrades.
• Direct capital projects typically $2M+ from concept to handoff; manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Coach teams; drive adoption of digital solutions, robotics, and control systems.
