Procter & Gamble is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technical excellence across centers and advanced plants. You will guide teams, deliver new product and process innovations, and drive automation, digital solutions, and capability building in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage critical CSO projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate with operators to senior leaders, while pursuing sustainability and HS&E standards in global operations.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience: 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience).
• Technical Curiosity & Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Project Mindset: Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in a dynamic setting.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership potential and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Intelligent Controls & Automation: Design, develop, and implement complex control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions.
• Mechanical & Packaging: Lead mechanical process development and prototyping, and identify emerging technologies.
• Manufacturing Process Development: Translate R&D innovations into scalable manufacturing processes and validate packaging materials.
• Converting & Packing Engineering: Lead invention and refinement of high-speed packaging technologies and design.
• Instrumentation & Metrology: Design and maintain precision instrumentation for quality control and optimization.
• Robotics Engineering: Conceptualize and integrate cutting-edge robotic solutions for manufacturing tasks.
• Environmental & Civil Engineering: Lead sustainable engineering solutions and site infrastructure projects.
• Technical Leadership: Build long-term technical capability and promote advanced digital solutions.
