Job summary

Procter & Gamble's Cincinnati Chemicals Plant is seeking a Manufacturing Manager who will lead process engineering, converting and packaging, and control systems initiatives, while delivering projects with cross-functional teams.

You will own capital projects typically $2M+, drive improved OEE, product quality, and safety, and mentor teams through HS&E and quality standards. Will relocate and travel 10-25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead projects and manage timelines/budgets.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10-25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and elimination of losses through data analytics.
• Develop web-processing and packaging solutions; drive optimization.
• Design and implement advanced automation and control systems.
• Manage capital projects from concept to handoff (typically $2M+).
