Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Manager at the Cincinnati Chemicals Plant to lead innovation and deliver high-quality consumer products. You will drive process engineering, packaging optimization, and control systems while guiding cross-functional teams on multi-million dollar projects.

You will shape digital solutions, mentor colleagues, and ensure HS&E and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships/counts).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets.
• Willingness to relocate and travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering, Converting & Packaging, and Control Systems projects.
• Drive improvements to OEE, product quality, and cost via data analytics.
• Oversee capital projects typically around $2M+ from concept to handoff.
• Coach teams, promote HS&E and Quality standards, adopt digital solutions.
