Responsibilities

• Process Engineering & Optimization: identify losses, implement solutions to improve OEE and product quality using data analytics.
• Converting & Packaging Engineering: develop web-processing and equipment solutions; optimize packaging lines.
• Control Systems Engineering: design and implement automation, control networks, robotics, and industrial software; manage site electrical systems.
• Manufacturing Project Management: lead capital projects typically $2M+ from concept to handoff, overseeing scope, schedule, budget and deliverables.
• Leadership & Capability Building: drive HS&E and quality standards; coach teams and promote digital solutions and robotics.
