Qualifications

Willingness to relocate throughout your career; travel 10-25% as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead Process Engineering optimization and data-driven improvements.
Drive Converting/Packaging engineering and 3D modeling for packaging lines.
Oversee Control Systems engineering and automation implementations across sites.
Manage capital projects typically $2M+ from concept to handoff with cross-functional teams.
Mentor teams to build HS&E, quality standards and digital capability.
