Job summary

Procter & Gamble in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead innovation, drive results, and manage processes, packaging, and control systems across plants. You will guide diverse teams, champion data analytics, and own capital projects from concept through handoff.

You will develop and implement advanced automation, digital solutions, and maintain HS&E and quality standards while mentoring and leading the next generation of plant leaders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience: 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience, academic projects count!).
• Technical Curiosity & Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, develop comprehensive technical solutions, and interpret data to drive decisions.
• Project Mindset: A strong desire and demonstrated capability to lead projects, manage timelines/budgets, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership potential and experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Agility & Drive: Ability to quickly embrace and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule and cost.
• Mobility: Willingness to relocate throughout your career. Relocation support available to those who qualify.
• Travel: Ability to travel 10-25% as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Process Engineering & Optimization: Lead identification and elimination of losses, design and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes, improve OEE, and enhance product quality using data analytics.
• Converting & Packaging Engineering: Lead development of web-processing and equipment solutions, champion 3D modeling and mechatronics, and drive optimization of packaging lines for efficiency and cost.
• Control Systems Engineering: Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced automation, control networks, robotics, and industrial software solutions.
• Manufacturing Project Management: Lead capital projects from concept to handoff, managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership & Capability Building: Drive HS&E and Quality standards, build long-term capability by coaching teams, and lead adoption of digital solutions, robotics, and control systems.
