Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead processes and packaging technologies across high-velocity production lines. You’ll drive improvements in OEE, product quality, and safety while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You’ll manage capital projects typically in the $2M+ range, mentor teams, and advance digital solutions and robotics to optimize operations. This role offers broad exposure to advanced manufacturing and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience, academic projects count!).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Ability to lead projects, manage timelines/budgets, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to relocate throughout your career; relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering & Optimization: identify losses, implement solutions, improve OEE and product quality using data analytics.
• Lead Converting & Packaging Engineering: develop web-processing solutions, drive packaging line optimization.
• Lead Control Systems Engineering: design and implement automation, control networks, robotics, and industrial software.
• Manage Manufacturing Projects: oversee capital projects from concept to handoff with cross-functional teams.
• Foster Leadership & Capability: drive HS&E and Quality standards and adoption of digital solutions.
