Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience: 0–5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research, projects).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-based decisions.
Willing to relocate and travel 10–25% as business needs dictate.
Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Process Engineering & Optimization: identify losses, design solutions, improve OEE and product quality.
Converting & Packaging Engineering: develop web-processing solutions and drive packaging line optimization.
Control Systems Engineering: lead automation, networks, robotics, and industrial software implementation.
Manufacturing Project Management: manage capital projects from concept to handoff (typically $2M+).
Leadership & Capability Building: coach teams and drive adoption of digital tools and robotics.
