Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research experience, academic projects count!).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and drive decisions.
• Proven capability to lead projects, manage timelines and budgets in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and elimination of losses and design solutions to streamline processes and improve OEE.
• Drive development of web-processing and equipment solutions and optimize packaging lines.
• Lead design and implementation of advanced automation, control networks, robotics, and industrial software.
• Manage capital projects typically $2M+ from concept to handoff with cross-functional teams.
• Coach teams and drive adoption of digital solutions, robotics, and control systems.
