Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead process engineering, converting/packaging, and control systems across our U.S. plants. You will drive capital projects, improve OEE, and assure product quality while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor teams, manage scopes and budgets, and deliver on strategic manufacturing initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, research count).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering & Optimization to reduce losses and improve OEE.
• Drive Converting & Packaging engineering including 3D modeling and equipment solutions.
• Oversee Control Systems engineering: automation, robotics, and industrial software.
• Manage Manufacturing projects from concept to handoff with cross-functional teams.
• Build leadership and capability by coaching teams and adopting digital solutions.
