Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee the prescription eyewear fulfillment lifecycle from order approval to delivery, ensuring quality and on-time performance. You will lead a team, drive KPI improvements, and partner with Customer Experience, Technology, Finance, and Merchandising to enable growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in supply chain with vendor management, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, Looker and MS Office proficiency, and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on supply chain experience, including vendor management.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma certification.
• CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with Looker.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Not on LEIE.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing team accountable for the performance of our third-party manufacturing network.
• Manage KPIs related to quality, on-time fulfillment, cost, and inventory control.
• Drive process improvements to reduce lead time from order approval to delivery.
• Oversee capacity planning tools to meet current and future demand.
• Support the launch of new lens offerings.
• Liaise between partners and internal stakeholders (CX, Technology, Finance, Merchandising).
• Develop, maintain and train partners on SOPs to ensure manufacturing consistency and an excellent customer experience.
