Job summary

RR Donnelley is hiring for a clerical support role on the manufacturing floor. You will record and verify data from diverse documents, maintain records, and generate standard reports while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year, but 3 years preferred, of previous related experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Preferred previous data entry and payroll experience.
• Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, 4-6 hours.
• Walking/standing, 4-6 hours.
• Bending/stooping, 2-3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical duties on the manufacturing floor according to standard procedures.
• Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents.
• Maintain records: compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilize a general understanding of other departments and functions.
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying information, generation of reports and responding to data requests.
• Responsible for maintaining department files.
• May assist with production planning and special projects.
• Share your expertise and help train other employees as assigned.
• Carry out other responsibilities as delegated by management in alignment with evolving business needs.

Thepay range for this role at the noted location is$18.69 to $27.60per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
