Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments and ensure accurate documentation in a manufacturing setting. You will interact with carriers, customers, and internal teams to keep shipments on schedule.

The role requires experience with ERP systems, Excel, and a proactive approach to resolving issues, with a contract-to-hire path based in Bethlehem, PA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, operations or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with customs, export documentation, freight forwarders and international shipping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to support customer delivery requirements and production schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, customs, export and carrier documentation.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, customers and internal teams to coordinate pickups, deliveries and shipment status.
