Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Production to resolve issues and improve processes. This is a contract-to-hire role with standard business hours on site.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Experience handling shipping, receiving, customs, and carrier documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to meet delivery requirements.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams to coordinate pickups and status.
