FLOWERS.com Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Lead – Line to oversee the 1st shift, bridge supervisors and staff, and ensure line performance meets quality and customer specs.

You will lead tasks on the production floor, train new hires, adjust lines for orders, and foster a safe, efficient work environment with strong communication and attention to detail. Requires high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, guide, and motivate staff to perform at a high level
• Demonstrate job instructions to new and temporary staff in alignment with departmental expectations
• Evaluate incoming orders and set up production lines accordingly
• Collaborate and communicate within the department and across multiple departments
• Foster a positive work environment with high morale and performance expectations
• Reassign and regroup associates within assigned areas to maximize team strengths
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving production line issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational work environment
