Job summary

Masis Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Line Leader to support our production operations on the 2nd and 3rd shifts in Indiana. You will lead, coach, and coordinate line staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

This leadership role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. The position involves setting daily targets, coordinating staffing, and partnering with maintenance and quality

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and coordinate production employees, machine operators, and manufacturing associates on the production line.
• Ensure all production activities meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Monitor line performance including output, scrap, downtime, and productivity metrics.
• Assist with line setup, machine changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Train and mentor employees on SOPs, GMPs, food safety, and quality procedures.
• Communicate daily production targets, goals, and expectations to team members.
• Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Partner with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve equipment or product issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, accountability, and respect.
