Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, safety compliance, and quality standards (ISO/TS/IATF).
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams using collaborative and performance-based methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor production team members to achieve optimal performance and accountability.
• Organize daily work assignments, monitor progress, and ensure staffing meets operational needs.
• Conduct daily shift meetings to communicate goals, quality standards, and safety expectations.
• Monitor production schedules and minimize downtime; coordinate with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
