Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead off-shift manufacturing operations in Indiana. You will manage approximately 40 direct reports through Team Leads, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement on a 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of leadership in industrial settings, and knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma. GMP/QSR and EHS adherence are essential for success on the floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years of formal leadership experience in industrial or military environments.
• Understanding of Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with Quality Systems; ISO 13485 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and staffing for the shift.
• Direct Team Leads and manage about 40 hourly team members.
• Ensure adherence to FDA QSR, GMP, and EHS guidelines.
• Conduct floor audits, quality checks, and 5S reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve bottlenecks.
• Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
